Our quality control starts at the source. All screws are produced from high-quality 1022 low-carbon steel wire,after pickling, phosphating, and spheroidizing annealing,Every batch of raw materials undergoes professional composition testing to guarantee pure and uniform texture. 

During production, we implement rigorous control over drill point angle, thread precision and dimensional tolerance across all procedures including stamping, thread rolling and heat treatment. This guarantees seamless one-step drilling, tapping and fastening, and prevents typical defects such as point overheating, tip chipping, screw slipping and thread stripping.

Post-production, we carry out standardized process monitoring and batch sampling inspections. All shipments are fully compliant with DIN 7504 standards.

Strict final inspection and complete traceability secure final product quality. Before shipment, all goods go through full dimensional checking, performance sampling and appearance screening. We provide our customer full sets of quality documents, including material reports, hardness data, drilling test records and corrosion resistance certificates.
